A collection of Standards & Triumphs

Guy Singleton, writes:

You often see Suzie and I campaigning our Standard Model V3 Kenilworth.

But, at home, we also have a collection of other Standard-Triumphs

Let me introduce the rest of our fleet:

Triumph Renown NWB 396 Registered in 1951.

Triumph Spitfire MK 1 382 SYB, registered in 1963, built 1962 - one of the first cars built – 813th off the production line.

Triumph Spitfire MK 3 DBH 725F registered in 1968, owned by Suzie nearly 30 years.

Bond Equipe GT GMT 723B, registered in 1964, this model is retrospectively known as the 2+2, there were 444 of these cars built.

Bond Equipe 2 Litre Convertible XUL 718H Registered in 1970, there were around 400 Convertibles built, this one has been owned by me for 32 years.

Bond Equipe 2 Litre Mk 3 Prototype, this was built by Reliant as a possible replacement to the MK2, but never put into production. This is the only known example of this car.

As you will probably know, the Bond Equipes were built with the agreement of Standard Triumph who supplied the chassis, metalwork and running gear for the cars, They were then uniquely sold through the Standard-Triumph dealerships with Triumph warranties.
